We have designed a flexible program, customizable according to the needs of sponsoring companies, providing comprehensive preparation:
not only technical skills, but also focus on physical activity, proper nutrition, and socio-educational aspects essential for a balanced and truly formative journey.

The Academy structure includes:
Selection of 2 to 8 talents through dedicated events (tournaments, challenges, championships).
Official admission to the Arwalyn Academy to start the training path.

Key activities include:
